Member of the International Academy of Ceramics, Jean-François Fouilhoux has specialized in celadon art since 1976. His recent work brings together ceramics and sculpture. Winner of prestigious ceramic prizes (Auckland-New Zealand, Vallauris, Munich), he has been invited in residence at the Manufacture nationale de Sèvres. His pieces are notably part of the collections of the Musée national de Céramique-Cité de la Céramique in Sèvres and the Musée des Arts décoratifs in Paris. Numerous retrospectives have been devoted to him, such as that of the Porcelain Museum in Arita, Japan.
